Bodies

Michelle highlights three women to perform this activity for the rest of the class to watch. They appear highly focused and I can see them sweating. One dancer’s leg muscles shake as she lowers herself down the tree. This must require an enormous amount of control and muscle strength. (Michelle's notes, 9/29)
