:00-:39  Sherrie, Chris, Michelle are doing a sound check by the architectural structure.

:54 – 9:18  Sherrie interviewing Kelly.  Kelly explains what she would think about when surveying the landscape and preparing to improvise in it.  Talks about trees, ground, lighting, sun, shade, shadows.  Camera takes several angles, moves from Sherrie and Kelly to the trees that Kelly is talking about from time to time.

5:36-  Sherrie and Kelly walking and talking about movement.  Kelly talks about soggy ground.  Loud machine noise.  Kelly talks about limbs on the ground and about leaves, difference between this environment and another, role of memory, past experience. 

“Your past grounds you in the space you are in now”

9:19- Chris and Michelle are interviewing a group of dancers. They talk about yielding, difference between studio and grove, more choices for interaction.  “In the studio, you are the tree.”
